Jpeg images from CMS are not displayed on jsf dialogs when using IE (Internet Explorer 11 and AxonIvy6.6). e.g <h:graphicimage name="/images/Sonne" library="ivy-cms" width="300"/>

This is not a problem with png images from cms, not if the jpeg images come from the webcontent folder and also not if other browsers like Firefox or Chrome are used.

Any recommendations?

The reason for that is a new Http Header Setting that is now set to true by default in the tomcat WEB-INF/web.xml file in the designer and in the engine.
So if you want to be compatible with older ivy versions you can switch of this additional header setting:

    <init-param>
        <param-name>blockContentTypeSniffingEnabled</param-name>
        <param-value>false</param-value>
    </init-param>
