Hi all

I have used cms of ivy and now i want to have a table in my page, that table will populate data from other datasources (list or from DB). So i use the Result Table in ivy cms (multilingual), here is configuration of that cms: alt text Here is define a attribute dummyData on process data (will be filled in on runtime)

I have some questions:

  • How to configure row/column will be render (this guideline is not good enough for me to do that)
  • When will i initialize data for my list dummydata on process data, because when i get this cms, i just use api: ivy.cms.co(uri) without any relationship with my process data
  • Can i change process data type to another one, or just can use Data as below: alt text

Thanks in advance

Hello Trun

Try out the "Smart Table". I think it is exactly what you want...

You could create the page directly from the process by pressing the button 'create' in the Inscription Dialog of the Prozess Element 'Web Page'. Thereby the CMS page knows the Data Class of the Process. Otherwise the default Data Class will be used. On execution the Data Class of the current executing process will be used anyway.

Here a screen shot of the smart 'Smart Table' configuration and is default presentation:

hi. thanks. now i got it.

so, result table can be used by the same way, right?

and that could mean i can't use it on Htmluserdialog/ preparing content to send email somehow.

it would be great if someone update this information to guideline page, everything is clear now. thanks a lot
