Hi Florian,

we have created a subprocess which is looking for the default language of the next user which is set in the Workflows ui.

then we set the sessionlanguage to this locale and after this we create the task as you do with CMS.

this is working for user, for Groups ist not working.

maybe this helps a bit.

Best regards Roland

Yes, just use the CMS selector button to pick the displayed text or description or other task field. alt text

The task fields are written in the language of the use that creates the task. It's not possible to display it in the language of the user that has to pick it up...

is there no workaround like safe the CMS path in the Detail fields or something?

you can store a path to the CMS instead of plain text as task name / description or store in the customFields. But there is no standard mechanism to translate these paths. So you have to manually adapt them to the translated value in your workflow ui (e.g. JsfWorkflowUi) and you TaskMails.
