The user is synchronized with the active directory, but I can not login with it. In the log there is the following message:

You may have forgotten to set an Imprt Context in the Active Directory Setting (may be you only set a Import User Of Group). See screenshot where to fix your configuration: alt text

For the "Import Conext" you need to browse and select the root of the active directory, not the folder you want to import.
