Some users of my customer can't connect with the ivy 3.9 server. Where can I inspect the actual Active Directory (AD) settings of the ivy Application?

  1. Navigate to the start page within your browser (e.g. http://localhost:80/ivy)
  2. Pick the "Admin" link from the meta navigation on top
  3. Klick on the ivy-Icon of the Application you want to inspect application settings on admin panel

  4. Navigate into the LDAP configuration tab by clicking "Editiere AAA" edit LDAP button

  5. Inspect or change the Settings active directory settings
