How to config send email daily?

Hi all,

I read on the server Guide and implement like this, but it's not working. Current config now is work with send Email when create new task. This is my step:

Create startprocess with the name: MailNotification_DailyTaskSummary and
Deploy to server and change the setting of Application
Set the time in system properties: EMail.DailyTaskSummary.TriggerTime -> 00:00

This just work only one time when I restart Ivyserver. Thanks in advance for any idea support me about this problem!!!

Xpert.ivy Server ensures that the daily task notification is only sent once a day. If you configure the time to send the mails to 13:00 and then after the mails are sent you configure it to 14:00 then it will not send the mails at 14:00 the same day but at 14:00 the day after today!

However, for testing reasons you may want that the mails are sent more than once a day. To do so reset the system property EMail.DailyTaskSummary.TriggerTime.lastExecution to 0. This has to be done in the system database directly because the property is not visible on the UI. See table IWA_SystemProperty. Afterwards restart the server. The mails are now sent at 14:00 of the current day.

Thanks for your helping, now I can understand how to do it. I needn't change the time on DB, but I change the time on PC and it's work.

In this case, is it nessesary to set Execution Time to 14:00 or can we let the time to 13:00?

You can let the date at 13:00. But normally you may want to set it to a time in the future so that the mails are sent then. If 13:00 is in the past and you restart the server it won't sent the mails again that day but tommorrow.
