We are following this guideline to override global variables in order to dockerize our ivy engine.

uh. seems like a bug to me in the core (XIVY-3436). anyway. I think the read more about it here: https://answers.axonivy.com/questions/3817/docker-global-properties-placeholder-app-yaml
