Hi ivy support team I'm exploring case map on ivy 7, just a small question that when i have several stages with some processes, when one of the process is failed (from business point of view), can i revert the process to the previous stage/process? Can i do that on Case map editor or need to use API? Thanks asked 29.11.2017 at 22:27 trungdv |
Hello, Currently this is not possible in the case map editor, but has to be done via the Case Map API. Also have a look at: https://developer.axonivy.com/doc/latest/DesignerGuideHtml/ivy.processmodeling.html#ivy-casemap-workflow-execution answered 04.12.2017 at 04:18 SupportIvyTeam ♦♦ hi @SupportIvyTeam ♦♦ We change state to previous one manually, right? And about the Business Data, i guess it's not reverted to old data, we need to handle by ourself, í it right?

Yes. Currently the business data and so on is not reverted. There are plans to extend the functionalities however.
