SMTPSendFailedException - You're not in the list of allowed users to send e-mails to this domain - stay out

hi all

When i use email element of ivy to send email (both from & to belong to domain axonivy.io) i usuallt get this exception. Do you know what does it mean? Am i in blacklist of mail server or something wrong here?

HI trung

you get this message because you it is only allowed to send from @axonivy.io to @axonivy.io. Means you have to configure mail settings as described in the "Development Mail Server" page in confluence.
