Can I install eclemma (jacoco) for AxonIvy 5

You can use the Menu Help > Install New Software.... Configure the update site of the product you want to install. E.e. http://findbugs.cs.umd.edu/eclipse for findbugs. Make sure that you deselect the checkbox Context all update sites during install to find required software
