There are two known potential fixes: Please make sure that you have got read+write rights on your Xpert.ivy (Windows 7 and higher is tricky!). Especially the default program folder can cause problems. Try to install the Designer outside program files folder. For the other fixes you will have to delete some temporary files of the Visual Designer. Note that files that start with . are usually hidden in file managers. Please stop the Designer, then delete
