Failed to start ivy designer 7.0.3 due to failing while activating rule engine bundle

Question

Hi all I would like to ask if there could be any solution to solve the problem regarding info in this log below

Recently, we did change the theme from ivy modena to serenity & change our code on PortalStyle projects. (mostly CSS & fonts) The full diff can be found here Bitbucket

I still cannot guess why could it affect PMV of designer & rule bundle anyhow.

Ivy version: 7.0.3

If you report a bug, the most important information is the version! I suppose you are using 7.0.3? Right?

This may already have been fixed with ivy 7.0.8:

+ XIVY-2873 Bug Designer may not start because of a race condition in RuleEngineActivator

I'm sorry for forgetting the version, I added it. It's 7.0.3. I will try with new designer now
