Try the following steps:

  1. Do NOT use the Programme Files/Programme folder to extract the Axon.ivy zip. Use e.g. C:\axonivy
  2. Stop your Antivirus programm and try again to start (may be it prevents Axon.ivy form starting)
  3. Be sure you have fully read write permissions on the folder and all files where Axon.ivy was extracted into
  4. Look into the logs (under the logs folder), may be there is something in the log that helps you
  5. Use the Command Prompt/Eingabeaufforderung and start the corresponding exe file from there, may be there is an output which helps you

You could also try using the -consoleLog command line option when starting the Designer.

I use something like this: Axon.ivy Designer.exe -clearPersistedState -clean -consoleLog
