Logging last login of a user

In my application, users can log-in in various ways...

SSO: WAF via Tomcat valve
SSO: IIS integration
directly on the portal's login page (only for test/development systems)

Now I have the challenge to create a mechanism that can log last successful login of a user and write this information to my application DB or to the user in Ivy system DB.

Which options do I have to do this?

Get password for test user

Hello. Is there any way to get the password of a test user, in order to compare it to the information sent from a login form?

ivy.request.getApplication().getSecurityContext().findUser()

This only gives me methods for fullName, name, email.

Why do we have to use Screen Name to login?

Hi Administrators

I was surprised today that I cannot login using my email as I usually did. I had requested temporary access several times because I thought something wrong with my password.

It turned out that I was wrong when using my email as the username. Using my Screen Name (the one I expected to serve only for displaying on the screen), I was able to login normally.

My questions:

Could we enable logging using just our emails?
Can we somehow update the login screen label to "Your Screen Name" instead of local user name? It's quite confusing because I don't know what my local user name is.
