You need now the so called public urls and not the hostname anymore. What is the reason why you have changed that?
SupportIvyTeamWed, 15 Jan 2020 04:04:54 -0500https://answers.axonivy.com/questions/4320/why-has-the-license-check-changed-for-axon-ivy-8-0licenseDefine path of the Ivy license filehttps://answers.axonivy.com/questions/4052/define-path-of-the-ivy-license-file
Dear Ivy Team

Is it possible to define the path of the Ivy license file ?

If yes, where has this to be configured.

Best regards John
John MoserThu, 03 Oct 2019 08:21:52 -0400https://answers.axonivy.com/questions/4052/define-path-of-the-ivy-license-fileivylicenseDocker, pass Ivy license as env prophttps://answers.axonivy.com/questions/3999/docker-pass-ivy-license-as-env-prop
Dear Ivy team

Is it possible to pass the Ivy license via env prop ?

Reason for my question : as you might know we in KLARA want to build our own image. If the license has to be provided as a file in a certain directory then our image, which is hosted somewhere in the cloud, contains the license. May be not so nice from your point of view.

The idea is that we store the license as a secret and inject it at startup of the image.

Regards John
John MoserThu, 19 Sep 2019 04:51:42 -0400https://answers.axonivy.com/questions/3999/docker-pass-ivy-license-as-env-propdockerivylicenseJava 8 is out of support: What can I do to still use my RIA clients in the Axon.ivy Engine?https://answers.axonivy.com/questions/3598/java-8-is-out-of-support-what-can-i-do-to-still-use-my-ria-clients-in-the-axon-ivy-engine
Oracle has decided that they will no longer will publish Update/Bug Fixes/Security Fixes for JDK 8 for free after January 2019. As I understood so far we have

a) Named users

b) Concurrent sessions

The named user amount is the amount of Xpert.ivy-Users which my be imported via an AD or added manually in the ServerAdministrationPanel. But what is regarded a concurrent session?

If I have 150 named users and I have 50 people logged in - so I've 50 concurrent sessions.

But what happens if a user has (for example) two browsers opened and is logged in with the same account - would the last case consume two concurrent sessions?
Nikel WeisFri, 29 Nov 2013 16:27:58 -0500https://answers.axonivy.com/questions/158/what-exactly-is-regarded-as-a-concurrent-sessionlicenseWhich license do I need when I upgrade my Xpert.ivy engine/serverhttps://answers.axonivy.com/questions/3/which-license-do-i-need-when-i-upgrade-my-xpert-ivy-engine-server
I have a Xpert.ivy Engine/Server installed and plan to migrate to the latest version or to change my configuration.

Do I need a new License?

SupportIvyTeamThu, 03 Oct 2013 11:52:34 -0400https://answers.axonivy.com/questions/3/which-license-do-i-need-when-i-upgrade-my-xpert-ivy-engine-serverlicense
