Ivy 3.9 User Details loading very slow

On a customers installation the User Details in the workflow ui are loading very slow. About 50 seconds.

The AAA System is set to Active Directory. After a click on user details i wait 50 seconds and then the following line appears in the server log.

It seems that the server tries to get some information from the ldap server and runs in a timeout. After that the user details page is shown. Confusing is the part "client: 0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1". Its an ipv6 address. Does the server try to fetch something via ipv6?

I disabled ipv6 in Windows but that didn't changed anything.

Have you seen a similar case? What can I do to investigate?

URL-GET-Parameters with Ivy 3.9

I would like to pass URL-Parameters, e.g. PNR and VTG to Ivy 3.9, for example: http://localhost:8081/ivy/cm/ORGCHK/ORGCHK/index.ivd?PNR=999&VTG=1 (up to "index.ivd" is the existing URL, I added "?PNR=999&VTG=1")

I've read in question "1727/how-can-i-process-the-url-get-parameters" how this works, but I suppose this is a Ivy-Version higher then 3.9. because I didn't find the possibility to define the input parameters on the start-element in Ivy 3.9.

How can I do that with Ivy 3.9? Thanks in advance for your answer Lucie Heinimann

IVY 3.9 Set Task Activator on a unassigned Task

Hello

We have unassigned Tasks.

In our selfmade Administration Model - which does a couple of other things too - we have an Assignment function for Tasks. Neither the function setTaskActivator or delegateTask will assign the Task to the new user. There's no return value.

When I do the function with already assigned Tasks, it works fine. When I assign Tasks thru the IVY Administrator, it's okay as well.

We use our own task list with an Ivy project to display more information and better search possibilities than the default. This works very good.

The problem we have is at task ends. Ivy jumps by default back to the Ivy task list, but for sure want to see our task list. How can we configure Ivy to do that?

Microsoft SQL Server transaction log file is growing and growing?

The transaction log file of our Microsoft SQL server with the Xpert.ivy Server database is growing and growing.

If I limit the size of the log file then I get error message if the log file is full. If I execute a Delete statement on the table ILOG_Log then the XpertServer_log.LDF will not decrease. In fact it is growing. The Xpert.ivy Server Database itself is not very large only the LDF file is huge.

What is it? How can I turn this off? Any other changes?

Tasks of substitutes not immediately visible

At one of our customers tasks that are assigned to a user are immediately visible for the user but not for his substitute. The substitute sees the task only later. Sometimes it lasts until an hour until the substitutes sees the task.

If a user closes the browser the current task he is working on is not correctly finished.

The java script function onunload is not usable because you can not decide if it was called because of a call or because the browser was closed.

Date calculation is wrong

If I calculate in.Temp.Date+01;00:00:00 an the variable in.Temp.Date is set with 31.10.2010 then the result is 31.10.2010. Why? With any other date (e.g. 30.10.2010) it works correct.

If I call IvyObject.getDefault("meinEinfachesDatumsFeld") and myIvyObject a data class is then I get null with the following data types:

Date
DateTime
Duration (Returns a java.lang.Long)
Object
Time

There may be other types this is the case. Do you have an explanaition for this? Can you reproduce the issue?
