The Axon.ivy Designer contains many features, that our dev team does not need. On the other hand my favorite third parties of the Eclipse Marketplace are not included. So the installation of a new Designer takes some time and must repeatedly be applied for all our developers. The wiki that describes our preferred installation is growing and growing... :-(

Isn't there a way to get my custom Designer with just what I need and share it with my team?

How to change default namespace?

When I create a new data class, I always need to change the namespace as the correct one differs from the one which was set on project creation.

How can I change this default value?

Can I develop Axon.ivy projects on a Linux machine?

I want to enlarge my horizon and plan to migrate my workspace environment from Windows to a Linux host. I'm still playing around with multiple Linux distributions to find the one that serves me best.

After many year with Windows I already see that linux is the perfect platform for development. There are so many handy development tools and it feels as I can do much more, faster and effective in less time than on my Windows.

BUT: I'm mainly developing with Axon.ivy. And it seem like only the engine is available as linux package. Will you ever ship a Designer bundle that works under linux?

I get lost when lot of editors are open

When a lot of editors are open in Axon.ivy Designer I get lost when I switch to an other editor and then want to go back to the last one. I can't find it anymore. Somehow it always gets hidden. How can I fast re-find the editor I have used lately?

Newly downloaded Axon.ivy Designer or Engine/Server does not start

What can I do if a newly downloaded Axon.ivy Designer or Engine/Server does not start at all?

Designer crashes by closing internal browser

When I close the internal "Web Browser" view of eclipse (to save memory) the Designer JVM crashes after a few seconds. A hs_err_pidXXX.log file is written into the root directory of the Designer. It shows that some native ieframe.dll was executed during the crash:
