A task on the task list can disappear for different reasons:
- Another user, which is also permitted permitted
to work on this task, has already already
finished it.
- Someone is working on this task so so
the task is blocked for all other other
users until the working user rollback rollback
it or his session expires.
- You have already started the task in in
another browser session so it is not not
visible in your task list anymore.
Consider that there may be multiple frontends where tasks can be started (e.g. Ivy Portal, Ivy app or custom made Workflow Uis) so it may be that your task was started from another frontend.
