Hi 1.) 1. A sidestep can be started on the detail page of a task that run in a case map on the designer workflow ui. On the engine use the portal application to start sidesteps on tasks that run in a case map. 2.) 2. Not yet supported. Portal will show icons of the stages and shows which stages are done and which is the currrent. 3.) 3. Sidesteps are only available on the stages they are defined in. This means the "External solvency service" sidestep is only available if the case map is in stage "Credit rating" Regards Reto
