At this time there are no known problems with Ivy on Windows 10.
If you have trouble to launch Ivy 3.9.8 Server or Designer anyway, try the following steps:
1. Right-click on the Ivy main folder and open the preferences properties dialog.
2. Deselect the attribute read-only on the first tab.
3. On the security tab give full access control to Everybody.Everyone.
4. Try to launch Ivy again.
