Engine configuration does not shutdown when clicking on save

Hello everybody, On engine version 7.0.3 I have the following scenario:

start engine config
change something
press button "Save"
close the browser tab

When i close the configuration from the browser tab i still can open the configuration page through the URL, actually in our network everyone can open it. The configuration is stopping if I press Save and Exit.

Migration from 6.0 to 7.0 Linux server

Hello everyone, I am migrating from 6.0 to 7.0 on linux machine. Here are the steps I have done so far:

Create user called "ivy"
Download and unzip the engine with the instructions provided in the documentation
Set the autoConfig parameter to true with username and password to the db in serverconfig.xml
Start the engine

While starting the engine I didnt get any error, but once i open the browser i have noticed two things:

when i open the browser i can see the old applications and processes on the screen
when I click on Admin a progress bar is appearing which is refreshing all the time without any succeed and in the logs i have this error:

EDIT I see also this error message at the top of the log: The process model version '1' of process model 'Administration' of web application 'System' is currently unavailabl e because of maintenance.

Engine installation on Linux

Hello everyone, when I try to run the command ./AxonIvyEngine i got the following error:

Cannot start the engine with user 'root'. Please run it with a normal user such as 'ivy'.

How can I fix this issue, is it necessary to create separate user to do it.

Dont send task mail in specific scenarios

Hello everyone, I have a user task, and each time there is task created an mail is sent to the responsible. My question is: is there a way to avoid sending the mail in some scenarios but the task still should be created?
