I saw that there is documentation about how to change the default email content, plus the question here: https://answers.axonivy.com/questions/4261/how-to-customize-task-notification-email-template. I am asking how could we define/ or customize the receivers of this email?

Error on calling trigger

Hello all,

We have the following error when calling a trigger: The process works perfectly fine on the designer, but on the engine it throws this error. We use engine version 8.0.2. Any ideas what might be the cause and eventually the solution?

Error message on already started task

Hello all,

On older versions of the portal we used to have error message on the top right corner of the task list view of the portal:

But right now with portal version 8.0.2 what we get is an error page instead of that message:

My question is whether we are not doing the proper way? And if so how to solve that issue? Thanks in advance for your help.

Redirect to Task

Hi all,

Is it possible another web to redirect to a task in axon ivy? What I mean is, I have start task url generated (http://localhost:8081/ivy/pro/designer/Project$1/16E8DF16E2CAE91C/16E8DF16E2CAE91C-f2/TaskA.iot?taskId=7) When the external web app redirects to this link what I get is : Dialog instance with id ...is not available any more. Just the link itself works perfectly. Also, can we pass a parameter in the task start url (?taskId=123&parameter=something)? I know that this is possible where we start a process but is it possible to do so for a task?

Admin Ui is not launching

Hello everyone,

If we have set proxy name and port in the engine then we are not able to launch the Admin UI tool.

The error is:

How could we overcome this issue, having the proxy settings set and the being able to use the tool?

Hello, We have problem with the Portal application running on Axon Ivy Engine 7.0.12 with Postgres 9.6 as a System Database. The first 2-3 tasks we execute are running smoothly. After that the performance is considerably deteriorated. If we try to go to Cases, the Html Dialog is not loaded at all. Or if I go to Tasks, no tasks are loaded. I will appreciate if anyone could hava a look at the below errors and give us a clue. Thanks,

Engine Performance Issue

I want to ask what would be the impact of not setting up Character set & collation for the system DB as per Axon Ivy's Engine Installation guide? Could it lead to performance issues?
