Dear Ivy Team

Pre-7.3.1 we deployed a xyz.zip containing the IARs to the deploy folder.

What is the preferred way with 7.3.1 ?

If we have this situation :

deploy/xyz.zip

the Engine searches in :

application/xyz/xyz/some_iar

Is there additional config required ?

what do you mean?

if you drop something in the deployment directory it will be installed in the applications directory. the structure of the applications directory is internal.

The point is before 7.3.1 Ivy is looking for

application/xyz/some_iar

with 7.3.1

application/xyz/xyz/some_iar

Don't you think there is a slight problem if Ivy does not find the old installed iars ?

And of course we are talking about the Docker image

yes the application directory layout has changed. but it's an internal detail. in previous releases we have saved the path of every pmv in the system database. this path is still supported if it is set in the system database.
