You can set System Properties only per API in the Designer: https://answers.axonivy.com/questions/226/programmatically-set-ivy-server-s-system-property

But the Problem is, that the Properties you want to change need an Reboot, but after a Designer reboot your changed System Properties are lost again!

May be you should setup real DB for your designer then try with above solution

Yes that should also work, but be aware that you then need an license for your Designer to start.

which version do i need this license? i'm using 7.0.3 and no license when using real DB for designer.
