Deleting the whole axon.ivy project tree

Hi, guys! I've a big issue with axon.ivy designer 7.0.3. I started my project, one of the web services froze, didn't execute, just loading without a result... Trying to run my project again, can't be done, after that restarting the designer and receiving this surprise: alt text

Wondering, what happened with my project tree and why?? :(

Hi, Is it starting if you use another workspace directory? What says the log (<install-dir>/logs)

Yes, it's starting, but must import again all of my projects. Actually, my point is that it's happening sometimes, maybe 2 of 5 times, and it's taking time to import my previous version of projects without any issues. Next time when happen I'll show you the log message.

Did you delete the designer? Otherwise, the log will be available in <install-dir>/logs as @Christian mentioned

From my own experience, this usually happened when the process of the Axon.ivy Designer had not been terminated (yet). You could open Task Manager, locate the PID of Axon.ivy Designer and "End Process" it forcefully. Then open the Designer again.

Hi @Genzer, In the case you mentioned, I don't think we can open Axon.ivy Designer when there is still a process of Axon.ivy Designer running/not yet terminated. Only if we have different version. `
