Hi everyone,

As I never use the HTML Dialog Editor, may I ask if we have a way to set default *.xhtml file association to HTML Editor? I tried to change the config but it doesn't affect when I double click on any .xhtml file or HTML Dialog View.

Opening with HTML Dialog Editor cost a lot of time even with Source Only mode and HTML Editor is just a sec for a big view.

Thanks

Hi!

Starting with the Axon.ivy Digital Business Platform 7.0.4 and 7.1 the Designer will respect the Eclipse settings.

Hi!

I think the problem is that the project tree does not respect the eclipse settings. So the 'easiest' way is to change to the Java perspective and/or open the "Package Explorer" and open the .xhtml from there.

We are aware of performance issues with the HTML Dialog editor.

Thanks for the answer. I am just curious if it is worth it that we have a configuration to override this on the Axon.ivy Project view? If it's set default to open via HTML Dialog Editor and we can override to HTML Editor then it will not affect any other business users that needs the HTML Dialog Editor. Just my opinion, I prefer the view of Axon.ivy Project for quick developing than Java perspective :D

Yes, you're right of course it would be better if it'd respect the user settings in the ivy tree as well.
